Enter the Dragon - 12/22/07
After a tough year in Italy I took a 3 week break before starting my off season training. This year the off season has extra importance as I recently received confirmation from the British Olympic Committee that I’m in contention for a spot at next year’s games in Beijing. The road race and time trial circuits are very hilly and would suit my particular style of riding. In order to be on the plane to China I will need to perform well in the early part of next year so I’m already training hard and introducing new techniques in order to raise myself to the next level.

Rapha Condor Recycling - 10/19/07
At the end of a hard season it is always a major concern about who to ride for in the following year. Ben felt, after a season in Italy, riding mainly one day races, he needed to join a team with a programme of hard stage races. When John Herety told him of the new team's plans for 2008 Ben was immediately interested.
